As a new author, one makes many mistakes; and though I'm pretty comfortable with the idea that nothing is perfect, I'm not blind to improvements that could be made to better a piece of work. This is how I feel about my debut novel, More Than Words Can Say. I love the story, but this book was written nearly 10 years ago, at a time when I knew very little about writing. Since then, I've gone to college, received my degree in English--with a specialty in creative writing and I've learned a lot. That's not to say that I don't recognize the good, in the bad.
In today's video, I take you down memory lane and share with you how my debut novel was inspired by events from my own life.
Now, 10-years later, I'm not only celebrating that book, but also my first nonfiction book which I released in 2017. if you want to start aligning with your own purpose, I would love for you to check out my book #Believe Dammit: 10 Principles for Attracting and Creating the Life You Crave. It's a perfect place to start considering your thoughts and the way you live your life.
