Most of you know that I write books, but what you may not know is that I also write screenplays as well; therefore, I'm 100% obsessed with anything to do with filming, especially filming locations. This past weekend I took some time off and headed north to Atlanta, GA: the new Hollywood.
In case you're unaware, Atlanta, GA is now the number one filming location in the world according to FilmL.A. This is great news for anyone living on the east coast who wants to create there own film as Georgia offers unbelievable tax incentives, hence the big film boom in the state.
Anyhoo, this weekend I visited a couple filming sites and I filmed it all for you in this week's vlog, for my series "A Day in the Life." So, when you're done checking out all the movies that were filmed in the places I visited, swing by the vlog:
Filming location: Marietta Square, GL
"The Watch" starring Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, & Jonah Hil were shot here including the fountain! I took a pic by the fountain :)

"The Leisure Seeker" starring Donald Sutherland
"The Watsons Go To Birmingham – 1963" a Hallmark original
